The rules not clear until booking or not easily seen upon booking

Nice and easy check in, accommodation was very clean. Best bit was the hot tub which was cleaned regularly.

A little difficult to find as there are two parks next to each other. Location felt very safe and drivers very considerate with their speed around the park.

Lovely lodge in an excellent location. Good communication and quick responses throughout. Clean and perfect for our needs. Would recommend.

Clean and well presented

Nothing too dislike

The lodge was bigger than expected and was clean, tidy and well maintained. It was nice having plenty of kitchen utensils rather than the bare minimum. It was a nice surprise having some things to do on site and having a club house that had evening entrainment out of season. The mini arcade with a 2p machine made us feel like miss Sharon. We had a great breakfast and evening meal on the Saturday and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Sunday breakfast wasn’t as great as Saturdays and the staff got the orders wrong. However, the young lady (I think she was called Katie) sorted this out for us and was apologetic and lovely. She stopped our last morning on site ending with a bad experience.

Location is great for what we needed. Property was very clean and comfortable. We did think it was overpriced for a 3 night stay.

Nothing accept the price.

It was fresh, new and spacious. The parking for two cars and the hot tub a real bonus. The owners had put a lot of thought in to the needs of their clients and the chalet was well equipped.

If we are nit picking, the gate was unnecessary as it proved to be a nuisance while unloading the cars.
