A relação qualidade-preço é similar. O host é muito simpático e forneceu imensas informações úteis e dicas turísticas para a nossa estadia na ilha.

A localização não é a ideal, uma vez que fica longe de todas as atrações turísticas. Há muitos insetos que invadem a casa por esta se encontrar junto a terrenos abandonados.

It was very well located for peace and quiet ensuring a good nights sleep.

Lokalita super, vše bylo autem blízko včetně obchodu, výletů i oceánu. Pán byl velice ochotný a milý. Dal nám velmi dobré tipy, co navštívit.

Location was excellent and host was great!

Water pressure in the shower was very low, everything else was great!

We were looking for a place *in* Sao Vicente but only got to meet our host there, and the place was a bit out of town. And there was no heating to speak of, even in the bathroom, which made showering less than entirely enjoyable.

Nice and small apartment.

Unfortunately the weather was quite bad during our stay and the heating was insufficient to compensate it. In the summer this will be a nice place.

Great location for exploring Madeira; São Vicente is a beautiful area; welcoming and helpful host; apartment is in a residential area that doesn't feel "touristy"

We found the apartment to be very cold and damp, even on days that were warm and sunny. The apartment is in an odd location behind a much larger home and therefore gets very little sun. (I suppose in the heat of summer this could be a positive!) We also encountered many ants in the apartment.

Super nice and kind host Frederik that is avaliable on the phone all time to help with everything. Very calm and beautiful locality near to go for hike or to check surf spots. :)
