Krásná vila v klidné části, krátce po rekonstrukci, poskytuje veškerý komfort, čistota, výborně postele.Veliká nádherná zahrada, ideální pro relax. Výhled na oceán. Nedaleko vynikající rybí restaurace. Skvělý pan Joao měl pro hosty spoustu informací - výlety, koupání, restaurace, nákup.

If you're looking to feel truly at home in the Azores, then staying at this beautiful Palacio Holiday House in São Miguel is your ideal choice. We spent a wonderful week here with seven family members and a toddler, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Our host, João, is a genuinely kind and welcoming person who took it upon himself to ensure our stay was as comfortable and cozy as possible. He was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond—not only maintaining the house to a high standard but also taking the time to personally share recommendations for attractions and the best restaurants on the island. The house itself is perched on a cliff overlooking the ocean, located in the south-central part of the island. It’s spacious and inviting, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, and a balcony that opens onto a beautifully manicured lawn. The outdoor space includes a kitchen and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view. One of the most striking features of this property is the incredible attention to detail in the gardening. Every corner of the grounds is carefully curated and lovingly maintained—it’s clear that an immense amount of care and effort goes into keeping the place in pristine condition. Our stay in the Azores was unforgettable, and much of that is thanks to this cozy home and the exceptional hospitality of João and his wife. It was a memorable vacation that we will cherish for years to come.

Property was amazing! The yard is absolute perfection. The chairs next to the ocean were our favorite spot but the wonderful hot tub and beautiful sunroom were a close second! Joao was terrific!

Beautiful property; we ended just spending the last day at the home instead of going anywhere on the island because it was just such a nice place to stay. The landscaping is amazing. There’s also a nice spot to sit and see the ocean and hear the waves.

Such a gorgeous home! Lovingly and thoughtfully decorated in a way you so rarely see with rentals. The host was so warm and welcoming upon arrival and remained helpful and available without being intrusive. The house is in an excellent location, a minute's walk to two restaurants. And the grounds of the property itself are lush and well-appointed, backing right up to a water's edge cliff. All the amenities one could want are there-- washer/dryer, wood burning fireplace, grill, jacuzzi, etc. We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for more. Very grateful that the host trusted us with this precious home for the week.
