It was an old house but very nicely decorated. Felt so welcoming and inviting from day one to last day .

The check out time was at 10:00 AM and I think it’s too early for a big family. We checked out at 11:00 AM . Still the staff was kind and supportive.

Size, quirky, well laid out, amenities, well stocked bedrooms.

Would have liked a larger oven. Too many kitchen utensils. No tea pot. Insufficient parking beside the house.

"Well worth it!!"

Absolutely stunning house! HUGE bedrooms all beautifully decorated! Beds were so comfortable and bedding was immaculate! 3 bathrooms which was ideal! Big bathroom is beautiful with an amazing warm and powerful shower and bath! Big TV in the living room and board games! Kitchen fully equipped! More than happy with appliances (mugs, plates hair dryer, nappies, you name it) On arrival a bottle and biscuits/fruit hamper was provided which was so kind! I met the hosts and they were both lovely! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again! Co-op 5 min walk away and car park can fit 3 cars in!

Everytime someone runs the tap/flushes the toilet you hear the drainage system every 10 seconds. There were some holes in walls and mouse traps which did worry me but seemed okay! Not sure why but the heating kept turning down and the downstairs bathroom could possibly do with an update.

Location good excellent property but needs a little attention to detail. Owners did mention TLC in progress Very quirky dinning area brilliant for entertainment

One shower broken and one toilet sadly.

fantastic property. Rooms are spacious and well set out. Some newly decorated rooms are to a high standard . Main lounge was so cosy and comfortable with 3 extra large couches that more than amply provided for our family of 8, you could easily have more! The kitchen was very well stocked with all you would need. The beds and bedding were divine. WiFi good signal despite large group Central heating system kept the property lovely and warm despite size. The location is perfect for exploring local areas with easy access to both Fife coastal route, Lomond hills, Falkland Palace and Perth We instantly felt at home in the property, walking into a warm house with a lovely welcome fruit basket, biscuits and wine. It was such a nice start to our weekend break
