"Well kept and located roomy home."

Safe area with a beautiful park in front of the property. A short 10 minute walk to a public beach with lifeguard. The casinos and Boardwalk are also nearby (10 minute drive). The house was spotless.

There were no dislikes. The fruit tree in the backyard needs some trimming as it interferes with the use of the picnic table on the deck.

I like that it was close to the ocean!

I did not like that the listing used older pictures. We couldn't use the only bathtub in the house cause the water leaked out the vent in the kitchen ceiling below! Was hot in the master bedroom! We couldn't go upstairs to the 3rd floor cause it was too hot even at night! The door to the balcony in the master bedroom wouldn't lock so I felt unsafe leaving the house or going to bed! The grill is old and rusty so didn't work good at all!

Nice home , clean and everything worked as it should

Felt like home . Location was a bit rough and parking was on street but still was a nice house and the property manager owner was fast to Reply with any issue I had .

The area was extremely quiet and up the street from the boardwalk. The house itself had so much room !

The house eas big and cozy! 3 bathrooms and bedrooms for 3 women was ideal! The linens were nice. They included everything in the kitchen, complimentary coffee, spice rack and everything was very clean! Love the balcony!!

There wasn't anything we didn't like!
