Finding the place was a bit of a bother

I c ant answer any of these questions as when we arrived the owner had no record of our booking, hadn't been informed by yourselves of our booking. We had to find other accommodation at the last minute. I spoke to one of your customer service ladies and explained the situation. She promised this would be followed up but to date I have heard absolutely nothing about my experience or when I will be refunded the full amount that I paid on date of booking with you.

The entire booking experience could definitely have been better as per the above. Booking.com let me down and I will not be booking any accommodation through your company ever again. I would appreciate someone getting back to me on this issue as I have now phoned, and e-mailed booking.com and have had absolutely no feedback, barring these annoying requests to rate your non-service.

Beautiful scenery!

I arranged in advance for my dogs to stay with us but when we got there, our unit was the only one that wasn't enclosed outside. I couldn't let my dogs go to do their business outside without being on a leash (by the owner's request). It was very frustrating. They had no freedom whatsoever.

Lovely, quiet area. Beautiful scenery and farm.
