La ubicación. Pero la casa es un adosado y no daba al mar

Muebles viejos. Faltaban almohadas. Una mosquitera rota. Stores rotos. Faltaba estropajo.Un mapa cuadro en mal estado.

"Petita casa dins d'un complex, amb ubicació molt bona per recòrrer fàcilment l'illa de Lanzarote"

La ubicació fàcil de trobar, al bell mig de l'illa de Lanzarote. Les carreteres son molt bones i tot es troba molt ben indicat. L'apartament estava ben equipat i complia correctament amb les nostres necessitats, dos adults i dos menors. Disposavem d'aire condicionat a la sala principal però no feia falta ja que la temperatura a l'illa va ser molt agradable. Connexió a internet per fibra òptica i TV de gran format. Comunicació i atenció perfecta amb els propietaris.

La cuina era una mica petita, però per una estada d'una setmana va ser suficient. Faltava algun petit estri de cuina però ho vam resoldre fàcilment. En alguns mobles i a la nevera es notava ja el pas dels anys. No podíem aparcar el cotxe dins del complex, però al carrer sempre vam trobar lloc a molt pocs minuts. A la piscina no hi havia bar (tancat per vacances!) i el complex, tot i estar molt net i els jardins molt cuidats, semblava una mica desangelat, sense gaire vida.

"Underwhelming"

Quiet area, very peaceful. Lovely walk to beach.

No reception, a building site. No pool bar or restaurant as in photos, very misleading. Pool area needs a major clean, bins overflowing. This is a massive complex with only a few sun loungers by the pool. House is really only a 2 bed semi detached apartment. Furniture very dated. Beds need to be replaced. Property needs to be painted. Never saw the host, never contacted the whole week to know if we needed anything. Overall very underwhelming.
