Property Notes

This is a farm stay with a 1.2 mi gravel road, built in a dense tree forest with multiple small dams. Frogs, mosquitos and spiders are difficult to control especially in the rainy summer times. It's a self-catering unit and personnel and owners are available in standard business hours 8am to 5pm unless in the event of an emergency, and the reason that check in is before 5pm so that you can be assisted if there is discomfort. It's not a hotel or B&B where staff is always available and ready to assist immediately at any time of night. We have strict noise policies and curfews, and planned celebrations are not allowed as well as no day visitors. Please note that guests with local IDs are requested to contact the property in advance of their stay. Please note that this property does not accept group bookings. The minimum age to stay in room (Three-Bedroom House) is 30 years. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Beautiful and rustic. Location is amazing from the dam. Such good value for money and spacious

As much as there was good, there was also some bad. Our experience wasn't the greatest. Hosts seemed quite distant and a little cold on the phone. Welcome letter sounds a little passive-aggressive, so without meeting the hosts and getting to know them, it rubs you off the wrong way. You feel like you are being scolded for something you haven't done yet. There were too many things that needed fixing in our apartment, which only some things were fixed, but it was annoying to have to constantly ask. Overall great spot but hospitality was for me and my family was poor considering other places we've visited at a similar price.

I loved the set up and the building itself!

That the pool wasn't filled for the whole weekend even though we got told it would be filled by the first night and that we got a noise complaint at 9:30pm for laughing when noise cut off was at 10
