Close to the ocean very cozy for the family

The location.

Our sleep was interrupted both nights due to loudness even though it’s suppose to be quiet hours in place. It smelled like weed on our hall due to someone smoking. You couldn’t enjoy the indoor facilities due to people not following the posted rules. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. It was black smut like on our walls in several rooms. It will be a no for me staying again.

The room was dirty. Dirty walls. Dirty baseboards. Dirty cabinets, and mold in the bathtub… We stayed 7 days and did not have enough towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc for a family of 7! Definitely don’t feel like it was worth what we paid for the room, but my kids enjoyed the stay so that is what matters to me..

The price, the area, overall a nice place

Because “aftermarket” and we got in after the doors were secured, we went thru a runaround trying to get access to our room. Finally got a wristlet key from the front desk to be able to get into our room but there was a bunch of discrepancies with my booking and them. Beds were a bit hard and the pillows very flat - all 4 together to make a decent pillow.

We loved the location! Amazing views. The elevators are surprisingly fast,considering there are 20 floors and we were on the 14th. There was a lot of space, even with 6 of us in the apartment. Fully stocked kitchen, excellent water pressure, and the fridge kept everything SUPER cold. Bonus points for communication from the establishment, excellent customer service!! The unit was pretty clean as well.

The beds are absolutely too tall. If you have any mobility issues,or perhaps an older traveler..getting onto the bed would be problematic.We travel frequently and these were by far the highest beds,we've EVER had to jump up on. Thankfully there is bench at the kitchen table you can use as stool. There were no linens for the Murphy bed or pull out couch. The pillows that were provided, are probably the cheapest option available to purchase. As soon as your head laid down on them, all the air went out - flimsy little pillows.

Online the pictures look really nice but once you get inside the room it looks dirty the floor wasn’t swept or mopped there was stuff on the walls and around the baseboards I had to clean the floors before I could put my baby down witch was a inconvenience since we waited past 4 to get the room it was supposed to be cleaned before we got there and it wasn’t. The shower wasn’t cleaned and the door of the cabinet under the sink was falling off definitely needs new house keeping! Other than that it was a great stay!!!

A new table for the balcony could look much nicer, I noticed that some of the blankets had stains.
