Karteros House 1300meters from the beach!

Very nice and big house, everything you need for a family stay. Lovely cats family living outside.

It was in a quiet location

There wasn't enough air conditioning for the rooms and there was water coming out of it cats stayed in the garden and we had to feed them, not enough towels, the floor was sticky and we had to wash it, there wasn't enough light,

Очень удобное расположение. Рядом аэропорт, магазины. Пляж с отличным заходом в воду(но на него только на машине добираться)В доме есть всё, необходимое. Настольные игры, различная посуда, приправы. Хозяин быстро выходит на связь. Уютный домик. Во дворе фруктовые деревья. Район где домик, очень красивый. Можно погулять вверх по улице и откроются чудесные виды на море,аэропорт,оливковые рощи,горы. Очень красиво. В общем, всё хорошо,но есть несколько но....

Каждый день вы будете просыпаться от петухов! Такое ощущение,что они орут у вас под ухом. И это происходит с 4 утра каждый день. Это кошмар! Я под конец отдыха думала ,что задушу их своими руками. Слышимость в доме очень сильная. Вся наша семья мучалась от этих дьяволов с гребешками) Зеркало. Оно одно и то в ванной, очень маленькое и до него не достать. Приходится становится на цыпочки,но долго вы так не простоите. Заезд во двор очень неудобный. Маленький,узкий. Будьте готовы к тому,что не всегда получится поставить машину во двор,рядом делают ремонт,рабочие ставят свои машины и тогда увы..... только ждать,когда они разъедутся. Хозяин стал требовать оставить ему 60 евро на уборку,но 60 евро на уборку были включены в первоначальную стоимость. В описании нигде не было указано,что мы кроме той суммы,что оплатили, должны ещё что-то оставить. Получается с нас за уборку начитали в двойном размере. Написали в службу поддержки для уточнения информации. Никаких дополнительных расходов не нужно оплачивать.

We wanted a place close to the airport so this was perfect. It's also a very easy drive down to old town if you want to go walk around and find food. It was great to have a space entirely to ourselves. We ate out every meal, but the kitchen was well stocked if we had wanted to make a meal.

We were not able to get the wifi to work. The hosts were very responsive in trying to help, even resetting the router remotely, but it kept telling us the login was incorrect. Also, there were lots of barking dogs at night and roosters in the morning that got pretty noisy. There was only one mirror (the bathroom mirror) in the whole house, and it was not very big and we had to stand on our tip toes to fully see in it.. this made getting ready at the same time (4 women) a bit of a challenge.

Spacious.

Its hard to get the car inside, drive in should be a bit wider.

This house, the owner and his parents are an incredible gift in my life. I advise everyone to choose this place for a family vacation. It has everything you need for a great time. The house itself is perfectly equipped: there is a shower, huge comfortable beds, soft linens, kitchen facilities, fitness equipment, etc. There is also a gas stove, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and much more. The house itself is in excellent condition, everything is very clean and well maintained. The house is very bright, has very nice energy. This house is filling and empowering. Thank you, house. There is also a garden with oranges, aloe, bananas, and other trees (I think there were capers too). By the way, there's parking inside. The house itself has a great designer renovation. Lots of paintings, interesting things. It's like an art museum - very cool looking with all the solutions. And there's also a fireplace, TV, lots of board games. There is a supermarket and restaurant not far from the house. The beach here is excellent. In general, you will not find a better place. Especially if you want to live close to the sea, this is the place for you. I highly recommend this apartment, I will definitely come back here again and again. The owners and George are my love forever. Thank you for being with you, thank you for your help and support.

Really nice house, very close to shops and the beach, plenty of cooking equipment and basic spices etc

Only issue we had was that if left on overnight then air con would drop a small amount of water onto the floor
