Lokacija zelo mirna, malce oddaljena od naselja. Dostop enostaven, velik parking. Vsakodnevna skrb za nastanitev, zelenice, bazen.

Potrebno bi bilo vložiti nekaj € za obnovitev posode in jedilnega pribora. Popraviti ali kupiti nove stole za na teraso.
