City House in Nice Area - Smart TV's, 900mb Wifi

It was awful!! Filthy dirty everywhere except the bedding. 1st hour spent cleaning. Holes in ceilings from previous leaks, barely any furniture in bedrooms, not enough crockery/cutlery/bakeware/glasses, no batteries in CO monitor! Broken furniture, bare wires, broken radiator thermostats, mouldy shower rooms… and thats only what i can remember!!

The house is in a serious state of disrepair. I’ve reported by email twice the leak from the bathroom over the kitchen, the cracks in the ceiling over the dining room from the water tank sat above it, very dirty carpets, lack of bins in the bathroom, faulty carbon monoxide detector, leaking tap to name a few and had no response. The bedding and towels were clean but the bedding from the previous stay appeared to have been shoved in a large cupboard and the bathmats left in the upstairs bathrooms were dirty.

Beds were comfy

House is rundown, kitchen was filthy and had no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets, and very little cutlery, oven trays, etc. Plates, bowls, mugs and glasses were very dirty with a terrible stale water smell to them. There's a big hole in the kitchen ceiling which leaked a lot any time someone used the shower above, ruining a shirt that was left hung on the back of a chair in the kitchen.

Our stay here was driven by the location and the size of our family. The property accommodated us on these two aspects.

not up to cleaning standards Spiders, cob webs, no tvs in 2 rooms also no lock in ground bedroom. Other than that it’s was superb place to stay

It had the same number of bedrooms as stated on the description

It was not the one we booked. It was 1.7miles from the one we booked and the facilities were very different. Some of our party are disabled and this no-notice change was incredibly difficult. The owners were uncontactable and did not respond to any of our communication.
