Cloud9 Holiday Cottages

The place was isolated - very peaceful. The room was very clean. Large screen tv. Location is very strategic for me. Middle of chenang & kuah. 5km from airport. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

TERRIBLY WORN OUT MATTRESS.woke up with a backache.U can feel the springs.Pillow too thin.Parking not lit at night.Poor upkeep and maintenance.Shower not covered,when u have your bath,whole toilet will get wet.

The staff was professional and very helpful, they were nice and accommodating eventhough we had a bit of hiccup which was my fault the staff help me without frowning at all. We booked the 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom, to be honest the TV was abit outdated but honestly who comes on a holiday to watch TV haha besides that the room itself is amazing, clean and comfy. THE VIBES! Mashallah the vibes was surreal, coming from a bustling city where daily life functions in fast pace the atmosphere there was so serene and calming that it almost feel ethereal. Surrounded by nature and greenfield of grass yet not even a single mosquito bite is just chef kiss. Will definitely come again inshallah.. and thank you to all the staff members for accommodating me and my family!

Pas grand chose

Nous avons booké cet hôtel uniquement pour une nuit car on partait tôt le lendemain matin. Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit pour faire le checkin. C’est dans un endroit très reculé très sombre. La dame à l’accueil était très gentille une fois arrivée dans la chambre je me suis rendu compte que Les toilettes et la douche n’étaient pas séparées quand on se douche l’eau va sur les toilettes c’est tellement serré la salle de bain. Ensuite le lit était à même le sol. Le matelas plutôt comme c’est dans un endroit très reculé en plein milieu de la forêt, il y avait énormément de lézard devant la porte à l’extérieur et dans la chambre il y avait plein de petites fourmis, je n’ai pas pu voir la piscine car il était tard, je trouve que les avis Booking ne sont pas réalistes si vous aimez les endroits propres avec salle de bain propres, ne choisissez pas cette hôtel. Après on a passé la nuit, on est parti très tôt le matin, mais si j’aurais su, je n’aurais pas réservé dans cet endroit
