The place is really quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend renting a small car in advance to facilitate your trip to and from Cloud9 and your stay in Langkawi. I rented a car and it gave me so much freedom (parking is available everywhere, unlike Kuala Lumpur and Penang).

Wifi wasn't working when I checked in and I had to ask the staff a few times before they fixed it. On the plus side, it was fixed pretty quickly (within an hour or two).
