Stayed here before. Clean, spacious and comfortable.

To have only one bathroom for such a large number of potential guests is difficult.

Spacious property that easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 children. Clean, with everything you need for your stay.

The house has plenty of space, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other.

There is only one bathroom which we coped with, but would have been better with a separate toilet. We had to be careful on the stair carpet, as it was a little loose.

Good location and very spacious. Large kitchen. Clear and concise instruction manual. Comfy front room. Plenty of street parking. Nice garden.

Absolutely nothing

Arrived at property 20 mins before our agreed check in time to find property in an appalling state. Property owner was oblivious to the fact that cleaners had not arrived and suggested we go and find alternative accommodation as we were not happy. Conclusion was he offered us a full refund and arranged for the property to be cleaned. Some cleaning took place , beds were changed and towels were made available but it was not done to the standard expected . reported to booking.com as owner reneged on his offer but no resolution:compensation offered.
