Madeira Beach Condo

The info packet was perfect. I'm a list maker.. the packet answered all my questions. The condo itself is lovely. I have plans to come back. Walking distance to do many things... bars, grocery, beach!

The bedrooms and shower were all upstairs. I couldn't see the bay or the ocean.

The location was super convenient!

Everything was Pristine, clean, and available at our convenience when we arrived. Loved that all the bedrooms were upstairs, there are Ceiling fans in every room & every room has sufficient space, never felt crammed, beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and beach items, and the home felt welcoming and homey with a “by the beach” feel. The only issue we had while staying was the dryer not working, thankfully there was a drying rack as a backup. All in all, This rental fit my family of five so perfect & amazingly, I had mentioned to my husband that we definitely scored an amazing place to stay at. Bob & Janelle’s place has been so great for our family with all of the features that accommodate our children, from the number of beds, pools, playground, splash pad, & TeeBall fields across the way, we could not have found a better place to spend our vacation. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had some ongoing issues with the drying machine not working & the vacuum had broken.

This was a second time we stayed at the condo. We loved it so much we had to come back! The house is very cozy and provides all the amenities needed for your vacation. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, playground, and several restaurants. Overall, amazing experience!

Great location next the beach. Quiet at night. The property was clean and perfect for a family.

Love the location, grocery store across the street ,beach across the street. So many restaurants to choose from close by.

Floor could be mopped, if you walked without any socks on your feet would be black, or if you had socks on they would be very dirty. Also we had trouble with the washing machine and had to take our clothes to a laundromat, it was very annoying but things happen. The owner had the washer fixed promptly and there was a horrible smell every time the furnace came on, it smelled like dead fish. I informed the owner and he had a HVAC company come in and replace the filter. No smell after that. We enjoyed our stay there.

We liked the location, easy to get to anywhere along the coast. Relatively quiet area. Host was excellent and patient while helping with a TV issue. Instructions provided in advance and in the condo were excellent. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had issues opening the washer door but otherwise had no complaints.

Very family friendly and has everything you may need for your vacation. It’s a very short distance from the beach and also has 2 great pools. Across the street is a recreation center with a splash pad and playground for kids, and multiple sports courts. The location is amazing and has so much to offer. The owners are very helpful with any questions. We are very happy with our stay and would absolutely come again.
