The Tin Shack

The owners met us upon arrival and were very friendly and helpful! We ended up running very late and upon our arrival, we were met by two friendly hosts who started the fireplace for us and the hot tub was already warm and ready to use. Just a magical welcome in a beautiful location.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the eco friendly toilets (although such a beautiful concept, and much needed in today's age), it was just a bit strange to use especially with a number 2 and definitely something to get used to, but its probably more the idea than the actual facilities itself. All was very neat and tidy, just a bit unusual for us.

The quality finishes and how well equipped the unit was. Loved the view!

Compost toilet was a little uncomfortable.

Amazing view, hospitality champagne on arrival with owner walking us through,hot-tub,the surrounding area nature with the all types of birds and we saw a mongoose.Braai facility and everything that goes with it, totally amazing.
