Upper Alta Apartment

The location was superb. The most beautiful part of Scotland we’ve visited so far.

The location and view were spectacular. Property very comfortable. Small but nice balcony to enjoy watching the passing traffic

The outdoor decking needed some TLC, but we didn’t use it, just observed

The view from the apartment was stunning. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The small balcony was a bonus as the weather was good throughout our stay. Great place to relax and re-charge.

Very clean and well organised. Beautiful architecture and finish. Amazing views, so you don't need anything to do but look out the window. And there were big coffee cups like the one I have at home, so less getting up from the sofa needed.

The midgies! I had a friend with me who didn't know about midgies, so we got a huge invasion through a briefly-open window. Might be an idea to warn about them in the guide book for the uninitiated ;-)

Difficult to imagine a more beautiful view to wake up to. I can't tell you how many hours were spent just looking across to the Isle of Bute watching the yachts and boats on the water. Wonderful

The mattress in the master bedroom was not as good as standard of the rest of the room. Bar that nothing.
