Casa Rural Claudio

The location was beautiful. We would gladly stay there again! We especially loved the view of the sea, the gardens, and the daily breezes that came through the cottage.

Everything was wonderful. As we were there for a week, we did a good bit of cooking, and the kitchen was well-equipped for a short-term rental property.

The house is beautiful with very kind and helpful owners who took a lot of care to welcome us and say goodbye.

It was perfect in every way

Casa Rural Claudio is an exceptional place to stay. The house is full of character and charm and the hosts have been very thoughtful in their attention to detail. The bed was the best I've ever slept in, the bedroom was fab. The kitchen was very well equipped and we felt spoilt with the complimentary wine, fruit and cake. The garden was pretty cool. 'Bird of Paradise' flowers were immediately striking and arrangements of these had also been provided in the house. Every day there was more to discover - Loquat, Camellia, Hibiscus, Tree Aeonium and Hydrangea to name but a few, the garden was a botanical delight. There were so many places outside to sit on the excellent sunbeds. Places that were sheltered when the breeze was a little to cool, places that were in the breeze when the sun was a little too hot and all of them secluded and private. The only noise to disturb you was the sound of the bees. You could view the airport or the stars with the aid of the provided binoculars, a couple of bicycles were provided too that could easily be used to traverse the island. Two sets of walking sticks were also there and we made use of these with the excellent walking that was to be had close to the house. The long distance footpath LP161 is very close by but there is also a myriad of other local footpaths to be enjoyed. Thank you Casa Rural Claudio we shall miss you.

It was too easy to stay and enjoy the house and not leave it when there is so much more to explore on La Palma.
