"Facility needs to be updated and better cleaned."

It is 40 minutes away to Yosemite village as opposed to 1 hour 24 min from Oakhurst.

Overall, furnitures are outdated and some should be removed if they no longer function. Cabinet door in one bathroom was taped to stay in place, and one cabinet drawer front in a small bed room needs to be repaired. Floors are dusty so kids wore socks became dirty quickly. There is no extra toilet paper you can find. Is this place worth $850 a night?

"Spacious & well located but tired property."

Spacious, good location, clear arrival info.

Needs some maintenance attention & updating, especially given the price. Spa bath out of order, dripping faucet on washstand in main bedroom, shower in main bedroom drips unless shut off very firmly, not possible to fully switch water flow from faucet to second shower (over bath), dishwasher not draining, microwave handle stuck on with glue & fell off, odd/ confusing light & fan switch arrangement in bedrooms, not clear whether carbon monoxide alarm working (one in a drawer with no battery, another on wall didn’t respond when ‘test’ button pushed), ignition on bbq broken. For families with mobile infants, upstairs living area with no gate at top of stairs requires care.

"We love it!"

Extremely spacious for 4 of us. Well equipped: we prepared breakfast and packed sandwich lunch for hiking every day. Beds are comfortable. Also comfortable hot shower!

Have to carry our luggage (which are heavy) to the house via a stair case.
