Magnifique emplacement, chalet typique niche au cœur de la forêt enneigée, calme absolu avec toutes commodités à proximité!

This property has everything that we needed: well equipped kitchen, fast internet, a nice fireplace with lots of firewood and a sauna that we could use every single day. Beds were comfortable (but may be too soft for some people). Heating worked well even when it was -30 degrees outside. Everything was clean and well maintained. Honestly, it looked better than on the pictures. It was only 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and 14 minutes to the lake.

It took us some time to locate dishwasher tablets (in one of the rubbish bins under the sink) and a frying pan (in a drawer under the oven).

Location was perfect. Place was lovely and warm. Sauna was excellent.

It was difficult to get the cabin dimmed, we had to hang the bed covers in front of upstairs and living room windows as the drapers were made of white thin fabric that didn't block the sun light much.

The accomodation was perfect. Everything was arranged as agreed and informed. Absolutely no problems at all. Also the location was perfect. In a quite area, but still close to all activities, stores and restaurants. I can recommend these chalets for everyone who is visiting Äkäslompolo !

The house “OUTA” was very nicely situated. A little “out” in the forest with some privacy and the forest directly surrounding but still everything in the village reachable within only a few meters. It was everything there we‘ve needed and we felt at home right away. A very cozy and comfy house. We’ve enjoyed the sauna and the chimney very much and due to the cold outside it was all the time very good temperated inside. The floor heating in the bathroom was a huge plus. We would come back any time!! Thanks for the stay.

We liked pretty much everything only the “visitor crack” in between us in the bed was a little annoying as a couple. Would have been nicer to have a double bed to sleep a little more comfortable together.

We loved this cabin! It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect - within walking distance of the village and shops but so quiet and peaceful. It felt like we were alone in a huge forest!! We loved the sauna and fireplace, as well as the amazing power shower. It was warm and cosy and the snow was cleared for us. Owner is friendly and helpful.
