Beechwood Nook- Crown Lodges

Booked via booking.com for our Anniversary, was told 20 mins before we was due to arrive that our booking was for the day before and that someone else was already there for 2 nights (probably why ours was cancelled) even though I had all the confirmation from booking.com to say that the change of date had been approved by crown lodges, wasn't very helpful about refund request was just told to contact booking.com who are still waiting for an email reply from them for the refund to be issued.

hot tub was nice and warm and clean , and also great location for relaxing inside cabin was nice and tidy , also has nice local take aways that deliver up to the cabin.

everything was spot on not a fault I could pick out.

My daughter and I stayed here for 1 night for her birthday, it's a brilliant little find, perfectly placed and wasn't too far from home so all the better. The house was immaculate the hot tub hot and the scenery just perfect. Will definitely be back.

Was the most perfect weekend away! Gorgeous location couldn’t have asked for better views. The lodge was so luxurious and the hot tub and outside area was gorgeous.

Couldn’t have been better.

We loved the style of the lodge, the cleanliness and the facilities provided within the lodge. We also loved the hot tub.

The only thing we would change is the checkout time being too early.
