This was our second stay at Beech View. It is a lovely clean & spacious cottage in a perfect location. The cottage is exceptionally well equipped & the added touch of tea, coffee & biscuits on arrival was very welcome after travelling.

We loved everything about this hidden gem located in central Downham Market. The facilities, the garden, the property had character and very close to local amenities. We felt at home as soon as we arrived!

Lovely setting and location, warm welcome, easy to get to.

"Home from Home"

The cottage was very cosy and felt like home from home. It was exceptionally clean, warm and well maintained. The location is perfect, within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and will return.

If I was being picky I would say the WiFi is unpredictable, but that is being very picky.😁

Location was excellent. It was self catering, but many items were left in the cottage (washing up liquid, etc), which we didn't expect.

The shower pressure was slightly low, but OK. Would have liked another lamp in the lounge, but a minor point.

"Beechview look no further."

Beechview cottage is highly recommended. Now under new ownership, Heather has had some redecoration and continues the high standards of cleanliness and caters for all needs. Close to all amenities , we now would not need to look elsewhere.

The only thing I can say is that we couldnt stay longer. We had a wonderful short break.
