Blue Haven On Belt - seconds to coastal walkway

Location was great for our plans. The manager of the rental did come over with additional towels and a $50 voucher to a Cafe due to us having to clean the place before settling in. A working vacuum cleaner was also dropped off. In the end we didn't clean the stove instead we went out for dinners and ate alot of takeaway. The house manager advised that there would be house preparation improvements made in the future. So hopefully it will return to its previous stated review status that had encouraged us to rent this place.

The keypad number received in my booking email didn't work, calling the bachcare center was a nightmare of incorrect pin codes being given , i phoned 5 times to get into the house. place wasn't prepared properly for us on our arrival. We had to clean several areas and requested a working vacuum to be dropped off . Outside area covered in bird poo, dryed weeds in garden.we were disappointed and I let the staff know. When we went to leave the code didn't work again so more calls 3x. On last call I asked them to stay on the phone while I tried several different codes again. The relief was leaving.

Great location, very quiet, big nice house with great view of the sea.

The location was great! Walkable distance to playground nearby. The view from the lounge was awesome. It's was also great to have a picnic table outside.

View. Outside area with pergola. Proximity to the coastal walkway and wharf area. Good view from kitchen and lounge and top bedrooms. Upstairs bedrooms spacious.

Upstairs shower tiny. Bottom bedrooms very small. Could have more seating in the lounge for when 8 people stay.

Great location, spacious with all essential facilities

Nice and close to Pukekura Park [the bowl]having the Air con available was very good and a nice outlook from property.

No access to Garages [although there were two] although plenty of parking on street kerb.

Awesome view of the sea. Very close to amenities. Clean and tidy.
