the outside area was great to spend time with family and friends.

Just because it's winter, a bigger heater would be great, rather than the fan heater.

The property was clean and had all the essentials we needed. It was peaceful and the host was lovely.

Outside view of the beach and river... Inside the Rooms so perfect... Outside more security for the car... Braai area... The kitchen with all the kitchen equipment.

Nothing about the property it was not guest ready, the host didn’t prepare the house for me. It was dirty dog pee smelling in the rooms, bed was not of quality and the bedding and towels.

I did not sleep at the property it was not clean and pleasant had to book a different place. The host agreed to take one night payment and re-pay me the rest of the amount because she knew that her place was not ready. She re-payed me R4000 and said she will pay back the balance on Saturday but she didn’t . So I need the balance money back. She really inconvenienced me because I had to use my money to book a different property and cut out money on my activities that I was supposed to do during my trip.
