Dimore di mare - Beachfront Apartments

The location was fantastic. Right on the beach with a pool if you feel like sunbathing not at the beach. The host was very friendly and attentive.

There was a public parking across from the street of the property, but as the beach was public it was always very crowded and difficult to find space.

Location and access

A beautiful place, perfectly equipped with everything you might need. The spacious terrace was a highlight, where we could enjoy our meals while admiring the stunning view of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Ganz besonders hat uns die Hilfsbereitschaft und die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer beeindruckt, wir waren schon oft in Italien unterwegs, haben sogar einige Jahre in Italien gelebt, aber das hier war unglaublich. Ob bei kleineren Problemen, (Grill) oder etwas größeren (Arztbesuch): Antonio und Pietro waren immer sofort am Start und haben uns mit Rat und Tat (sofortigen Arzttermin vereinbart und uns hingefahren) supertoll unterstützt. Ganz proaktiv, ohne großes Nachfragen. Dann natürlich die Lage, direkt am Strand mit einem unvergleichlichen Blick, direkt auf das Meer. Man befindet sich fast über dem Meer. Das waren die zwei Hauptpunkte, aber auch alles andere war einfach grandios.

Nichts! Wenn ich hier etwas schreiben würde, wäre das absolute Erbsenzählerei.

La posizione e l’accesso diretto a mare

Mancanza di cialde per il caffè. Mancanza di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Dal bagno usciva puzza di fognatura. Fate attenzione alle foto, non corrispondono agli appartamenti che effettivamente vi vengono consegnati. Porte e finestre che non si chiudevano bene.

die Stufen die nicht erwähnt werden wenn jmd ein appartment sehr sehr nah am strand möchte muss mit viel stufen rechnen

The beach in the morning was beautiful along with the views at breakfast. The house was clean with beach towels and had a few supplies eg. Oil,spices . A nice touch was the use of beach chairs and paddle boards

The beach was very busy everyday and you had to get a space early, parking is very difficult and a car is required. We tried to get a taxi to the nearest station but this was unsuccessful however we could get one for the longer journeys eg Palermo which was 60€ each way . We were on the second floor and the people above kept moving the furniture every night at unsociable hours. Their chairs etc require soft cushion material below them as it was difficult to sleep
