Carolina Breezes East

The location is good-easy fast walk to lovely big beach and close drive to grocery and restaurants (none in easy walking distance; closest (Boathouse) was .6 miles, the rest were more than a mile—lots of great choices). Spacious with good common areas and large bedrooms. Beds comfy. Hosts communicated well and often. Balcony upstairs was very nice - large and with a really comfy chair.

The property is adjoining another unit and the walls are thin, so if you have neighbors you will hear them. They were not being loud— it was just that the wall was thin which affected the upstairs common area where the comfy couch and big TV are, and one bedroom that shared that wall. Otherwise the house is well set up for a family beach trip but it could use some attention/maintenance/touch ups. No beach chairs, so if you drive to it, bring your own or buy some at Harris teeter.
