Sleeps 5 - 3 Bedrooms - walk to the square hosted Happy Valley cast

Location good as able to walk to town. Train and bus services excellent

The heating as we were unable to boost due to faulty thermostats that the owner was already aware of. Therefore cottage was cold and occupants were cold. Took numerous messages to owner to finally get sorted as heating was controlled by him. Parking available should have been clearly displayed rather than having to read through a number of pieces of information.

Close to shops ect

Place was in the centre of Hebden bridge with parking. Comfortable and well presented house.

The check out time of 10 am was far too early. I am used to hotels with 12 noon checkout.

Very responsive host; top bedroom is lovely; location is great

We knew this before we arrived but the absence of a table big enough for five people to eat together is a definite downside, but one that us understandable given the size of the rooms

The property was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. It was very well equipped throughout ( plenty of crockery and kitchen stuff, hairdryer in every bedroom). The house was only a5 minute walk to the centre of Hebden Bridge. There was excellent communication from Paul, the host.

Excellent location. Warm and comfortable. Very quiet. Friendly neighbourhood.

Outside Recycling area needs upgrading.
