Clean for the most part, comfortable. Nice property. Lots of windows. Wifi. Direct TV. Working appliances. Private property.

I booked through Booking.com and the information provided by them vs. BeachyDay does not match, i.e. this property is not on Pacific beach (as stated on Booking.com) It is south of Pacific Beach by about an hour which turned out to be very inconvenient as we we're attending a wedding in Seabrook.. Booking.com also states there is a "view". There is no view and it is about 1/2 mile by foot to the beach/ocean.

False advertising.

The house was not clean. There were cobwebs and spiders throughout the home, every bedroom, bathroom, closet, and family areas. The previous cleaning must have been a while ago because there was stuff left behind in the shower that was crusty and the amount of spiders all over the house..they did not move in yesterday. Faulty wiring in the kitchen led to flickering lights. Loose and partially pulled out wall sockets that were in the non master bedroom, where kids would be sleeping. After seeing everything not cleaned, I was hesitant to use the kitchen. When I pulled out a few of the knives from the block, they were dirty. There was no beach access as described. The astronomical fees list was sent out 1 week prior to our non refundable vacation was extremely unprofessional. When we made our reservation and received our confirmation months ago, nowhere did we see that visitors would not be allowed. I contacted the property management when we recieved the instructions and was told we could add each individual person for an extra $100 per person and extra $100 per car per day, as a day use fee. Luckily, the in-laws were camping down the road at Kenanna RV park and explained the fees list with the park, and we were able to spend our family time together.

5pm check in is outrageous (the house was cleaned before 2pm ,and we asked to get earlier check in, but got refused) Grass around a house has sharp ends ,dogs can’t go outside(we took hundreds of those little things from our dogs paws)
