Adorable apartment with garden at a walking distance to and from the city centre, and from restaurant if needed. The apartment is totally furnished with appliances and facilities, and the owners are extremely helpful and responsive for any questions. Also, it has AC in all the rooms.

This is a really large appartment for two. Everything you need is available and the garden and grill is a big plus. We were there in January, 16°, but as we are from the cold north, we enjoyed the garden and weather lot. Mr. Rui, who is the owner, is a wonderful host. He is quick to reply and will go over and above to fulfill your needs. I forgot my jewlery in the apartment, and noticed it ind the airport. He quickly drove to the apartment, got the jewlery and gave it to security in the airport, who passed it on to me. He saved the rest of our trip. Kitchen has what you need, large living room with tv and lots of channels, bathroom with shower and tub. Utility room with washing machine. Good bed! We were there for 6 days and stayed at the house every night and cooked our own food. But Ponta Delgada has a lot to offer. Tip: Rent a car when you land in the airport. It is really cheap, while the taxi is pricy compared to renting There is free parking just around the corner of the house. And Sao Miguel is beautiful and you need a car to get around. So instead of taking a taxi from the airport the first day. Do yourself the favor and rent a car from the beginning.
