"Nice & well equipped house, just needs a few little touches"

Good location & facilities. Very well equipped kitchen.

No air conditioning but we did know that when we booked. The bed could be comfier, it was a little hard & the pillows were only small. It needed proper pillows. Some of the outside cushions were ripped & were a little tired & some of bathroom fixtures were a little tired including the toilet brushes!

There was no welcome pack - not even water and the local shop was closed when we arrived.

"Lovely well-equipped villa in a quiet setting; a great holiday"

No breakfast was provided - we shopped for food in the resort the next day.

There was confusion over access to the villa. We were expecting to be met by the host. We couldn't gain access because we hadn't received an email explaining about the key box and couldn't contact the owner on his phone. He was very apologetic and we received a refund for the night we had to spend in a local hotel. Everything else was perfect and we had a great time.
