"A fantastic location, great value for money, just a few things for the owners to sort"

Location great, property clean

When we arrived the patio door wasn't secure and the door handle missing but I contacted the manager and he secured it almost straight away. We couldn't open and close the patio door but this wasn't a major problem as could access through the front door. We also had an issue with the safe but again the manager sorted this quickly . The property needs a few things sorting such as above and cupboard trims in the kitchen then this property would be a 10 put of 10

Nice villa in quiet area of Puerto Calero. Villa was immaculately clean with all amenities available. Owner was unable to meet us but sent good instructions on how to get to and access villa.

Villa was in the shade all day. Though it was right beside the pool with loungers in the sun.

"Great property with a scam host. Avoid paying 150 EUR at all costs! You won’t get it back."

The property itself and location are great!

The host was a clear scam: charging 150 EUR deposit and then claiming that the loose screws on the balcony door cost more than 150 Eur to fix. Luckily I had a lots of friends and sparring partners in Lanzarote so he payed it back. DO NOT LET HIM CHARGE YOU 150 EUR deposit as it is against booking.com policy! He also claims to be a police officer 🙈
