Very stylish, comfortable, spacious apartment, with all necessary facilities, great contact with owners, who were very helpful, parking place. The best place we stayed in over our 3 weeks stay in Florida!

"The apartment was convenient, clean and very comfortable!"

The property was in an easy location to walk to downtown. It came with 2 bikes to use and a nice back patio to enjoy. It was very clean!

The accommodation was for 4 people, but it only came with 2 bikes. I wish it had come with 4. I also wish there had been a washer/dryer included with the apartment.

"Great rental, great management"

The unit is recently re done and it is as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well appointed. The island is very functional for preparing meals while visiting. We had a few questions of the property managers when we first arrived, and they were extremely pleasant and responsive! The welcome folder was great!

Note that walking to downtown means crossing the Bridge of Lions. Lots of people walking and biking across the bridge... but not me! I am afraid of heights...

"The first vacation for my wife and I in ten years, 100% worth it."

The location was fantastic. The suite is located directly between the St. Augustine Lighthouse and downtown. My wife and I just walked anywhere we wanted to go for eating, museums, boat rides, and kayaking. We thought the suite setup itself was very modern and clean. After walking all day and going to the beach, the fresh filtered water from the refrigerator was greatly appreciated. The bathroom was nice and spacious with provided towels and toiletries based on the duration of our stay time. The shower water pressure wasn't very high but near the beach on the water like that is to be expected. We used the provided bikes as well to go watch the sunset at the Bridge of Lions every night.

What could have been better? Nothing. It was perfect from start to finish.

Everything was perfect. Clean and organized.

There was a little cockroach in the bathroom. Other than that everything was perfect.
