Blue Lagoon, cottage les pieds dans l eau

Emplacement extérieur fabuleux, sur la mer qui permet des moments agréables et conviviaux. L'intérieur est tellement chargé en fauteuils et canapés divers, qu'il est difficile d'en profiter et à 4, on se marche un peu dessus. C'est dommage, il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour le rendre plus praticable et agréable. Une foutta en guise de serviette de toilette, ce n'est pas top non plus, si cela avait été précisé, nous aurions apporté notre linge de toilette. Nous avons, malgré cela passé un agréable séjour.

- L'accueil qui nous a été réservé. La personne nous a donné d'excellents conseils sur les Saintes - La vue est exceptionnelle - L'appartement est cosy et fonctionnel

- Le parking est rapidement plein et il est difficile de se garer ailleurs

Un joli petit cocon au bord de l’eau avec une vue magnifique.

Il n’y a pas de station de charge pour les voiturettes, donc pas très pratique si l’on reste plusieurs jours.

The water outage lasted for a while but that was not the host's fault.

The location was great and the property is tidy and well cared for. The property manager was responsive and was able to accommodate our early arrival. The shoreline is rocky but the hotel next door had no issues with us using their beach.

We hadn't realized that the property was a duplex clustered among four other duplexes. We thought it was going to be a standalone house. So we were very close to ours neighbours when we were in the back yard. Also, the weather was exceptionally hot and humid for this time of year, so we often retreated to the bedroom earlier than we normally would have to escape the mugginess, since, like all homes we saw in Guadeloupe, only the bedrooms are air conditioned.

Beautiful location to watch the sunset and a gorgeous private garden with the occasional hummingbird. Excellent snorkelling out the front door (we accessed the beach from the hotel jetty next door as it's quite rocky in front of the house). Comfy bed, appreciated the air con and loved hearing the waves at night. Well equipped kitchen with oven - we didn't cook but looked well equipped. Beautifully decorated. Short walk into town with some lovely restaurants.

The welcome book was great and full of helpful recommendations but a version in English would be ideal. I couldn't find any coffee pods for the machine - they may have been there (and I didn't ask!) but they weren't easily located.
