⚠️ 嚴重影響旅程的住宿體驗：設施損壞、強行維修侵擾、補償不合理 我們於17/7到21/7入住貴公司旗下La Belle Pool Villa Phuket - Home Away from HOME，期間遭遇一系列極不愉快的經歷，嚴重影響多人行程。在此詳述事實，供其他旅客參考： 1. **高額賠償爭議** 首日不慎損壞客廳茶几，我們理解需賠償，但貴方堅持以「全新價格」索賠900泰銖（未考慮折舊）。相較於後續服務缺失，此處理方式顯失公允。 2. **嚴重設施故障與維修侵擾** - **漏水問題**：下層大廳連續三天漏水無法使用，導致聚會空間報廢，卻未提供任何補償。 - **隱私侵犯**：維修人員在未經充分告知下，趁我們外出時進入**私人臥室**維修下層漏水（問題始終未解決），嚴重干擾休憩隱私。 - **設施停用**：因維修導致樓上廁所及下層大廳長期無法使用，等同剝奪部分住宿功能。 3. **管理疏失追加不便** 車閘故障時，未能即時解決，需要我停泊兩部車輛在外20分鐘，致使我們於大雨中徒步5分鐘返回住處，顯現應急措施不足。 4. **敷衍的補償方案** 最終僅免除240泰銖電費（約為茶几賠款的27%），試圖抵消多日困擾，比例嚴重失衡。我們並非苛求賠償，但貴方處理態度令人失望。 此住宿標價與實際體驗存在巨大落差，尤其客服缺乏主動解決問題的誠意。我們強烈建議未來旅客： - 確認設施完好再入住 - 謹慎評估該公司處理突發狀況的能力
