la vista, la ubicación. podría pasar muchos días en este lugar. ajustando algunos detalles

que fui precisamente porque tenía barbacoa , la cual no funcionó del todo, llegue antes de mi entrada a dejar una comida y Justo estaba la sra de limpieza , me di cuenta que la barbacoa no servía . inmediatamente notifique , al llegar en la noche pude usarla , pero al día siguiente no funciono. notifique que no había gas y ni me respondieron el mensaje . cuando hice énfasis que escogí la casa por la barbacoa . el sofá cama está muy deteriorado y huele un poco más, es súper incómodo . y si van dos parejas como en mi casa , la parte de abajo las camas son individuales . aunado a esto me ha llegado un correo que debo pagar 54 euros por daños causados ( exceso de suciedad ) , cosa que no es así, aparte que en mi reserva pague 80 euros por la limpieza. entonces si pague por la limpieza porque debo pagar algo extra por limpiar?

The views are incredible. Very peaceful. Kitchen is small but accommodating

Apartment needs some work. Some tiles missing making it a little dangerous since you can cut yourself on them.

The views from the windows and balcony are exceptional. We were so lucky to spot a group of dolphins crossing the bay close enough to appreciate their heads. I had been several times to Javea and had never seen them before. The quietness and privacy are exceptional, no one can see you from the outside and almost no noises can be heard apart from a few boats and seagulls. The road to the apartments has been recently paved and the parking is good enough. The air conditioning units work very well. The kitchens are well assorted (cutlery, pans, bowls, glasses, etc.). The beds are comfortable and there is also a heater in the main bedroom. The wifi seemed quite robust. The property is 15 min away from the town by car (this is part of the charm) but there is a supermarket very close, so you can get everything you need very easily.

A new sofa and chairs are definitely necessary. The current ones are quite uncomfortable. The TV is not easy to use. Channels are sometimes not loading for a few minutes. In general, the house would need some renovation, but I think this is fairly reflected in the price.
