Excellent location, homely place to stay.

The shower was a little restrictive in size, but we got used to it.

Location and parking, great heating. Excellent value, clean and comfortable.

Nothing but note that the stone floor is cold so take slippers and park right outside the front door to be considerate to the neighbours opposite. There were a couple of small routine maintenance issues that I left a note about so I hope they will be sorted out by our next visit, we will definitely be back.

There was no breakfast provided but the cottage was warm and comfortable. There was a coffee machine that worked great and there was sugar, milk, teabags and instant coffee provided.

The standards of cleanliness have slipped. There was dead skin on the bed frame and the drainer was filthy. The heater/fire wasn't working and some of the crockery was dirty. Also the toaster was rusty inside so we could not use it.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, well worth the price and close to everywhere in Hebden. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the whole house was warm all throughout the night. A giant TV is always a nice touch. This holiday home is worth the money.

Location was perfect for accessing all the amenities and attractions of Hebden Bridge. Lovely touch with the milk and sweets and Christmas tree.

We loved it so cozy it's like being at home different location clean wow Xmas tree in living room amazing we will be back 👌

Whats there not to like !!

2 night stay for the xmas markets and very happy with the property the location is as good as you can get a 2 min walk into centre (turn left outside front door). We thought for the price we paid we couldnt ask for anything more highlights are the large TV with full sky sports, lovely large fireplace, rain forest shower, great heating system, free parking at the front of house, and the xmas tree was a nice touch. Its our 3rd time in Hebden Brigde but the 1st time at the 27 steps but would definitely stay again

Ideal location to walk into centre yet still a lovely quiet street nice touch with Christmas tree and chocolates also milk and tea bags were provided
