2nd time at 27steps and won’t be last. Everything you need for a comfy and convenient stay in centre of HB . Beds comfy, shower powerful and all you need if you want to cook .

Great location, parking outside the house. Warm and welcoming. Thank you supplying milk and beverages.We loved the walk into Heptonstall, amazing little village.

Squeaky bed but fairly comfortable. Could have done with salt pepper in the kitchen.
