Gibraltar Farm Cottage

If I could give the hosts 1000 out of ten I would, we love the cottage and the surrounding areas but the hosts are so friendly and helpful, thanks again to Paula and her family, hopefully see you again soon.

Lovely cottage for a Christmas getaway with my family which was dog friendly. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a lovely hot tub with breath taking views. No mobile data while we were there but nothing like a phone detox. Netflix on the tv which kept children entertained with numerous board games. Comfortable bed with a pull out bed for the children in the lounge. Beautiful water fall walk which we thoroughly enjoyed. The Robin Hood pub down the road serves delicious food and drinks which wr went to. Very rural for shopping but we knew this and went prepared. Thanks for having us, we would love to come back :)

No phone signal or WiFi but we went without quite happily. Rural location so ensure you go stocked with supplies for a self catering break.

It was a lovely location & I expect in nicer weather some beautiful walks to be enjoyed.

Isolated & very far from shops & civilisation being solo traveler it nerved me slightly , however staff were so lovely.

The cottage is so quirky, clean and in a fantastic location, has everything you need, log burning fire and such a comfy bes, the views were amazing and especially as we stayed during a few snowy days, host was really helpful and made sure we had what we needed, the hot tub was lush, out in the open with miles of land and beautiful views, we also has the luxury ot the horses coming over. Definitely will be booking again.

That we didn't stay longer

We really liked the fact that the cottage felt like a home from home and had everything which we needed. The hot tub was fantastic, and being right next to the cottage made it all the more enjoyable. Paula and Roger made us feel very welcome and were really helpful but never intruded on our stay at all. For dog lovers like us, the cottage is perfect as there are some lovely walks nearby and plenty of dog friendly pubs in Hebden and Haworth

There was nothing to not like, other than having to leave!

Hot tub was lovely and clean, the living room is super cozy!! Owners were always helpful when we needed something.

Absolutely beautiful comfortable and well equipped cottage with everything we needed and more. Hot tub was fantastic and the views and sunsets were magical. Host was so friendly and kind. We totally loved staying at Gibraltar Farm!
