Casa Vacanze L'essenziale

L'appartemento è appena stato ristrutturato con bel design ed è nuovissimo, molto comodo, silenzioso, pulito, in un contesto tranquillo a due passi dal centro storico che si raggiunge in circa 5 minuti a piedi. Letto comodissimo. Doccia grande. Ben equipaggiato con molte dotazioni (bollitore, fornetto, macchina elettrica del caffè con cialde messe a disposizione, tisane, ecc ecc). Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio di fronte a casa, e le strade in zona sono larghe per manovre e ricche di parcheggio. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolti con la gradevolissima sorpresa di un cestino di squisite ciliege del suo albero. Davvero un ottimo soggiorno, siamo rimasti molto contenti.

Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartement und sehr sauber! Es hat alles was man brau cht und die Besitzer sind sehr nett! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super um Martina Franca zu erkunden. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is new and beautifully decorated. The host Alessando did everything to make our stay comfortable and gave us good recommendations for the area. -location 10min walking from the old centre -parking on the street in front of the house -supermarket 5min walking -good matras -airconditioning warm/cold -super clean

Some little things to improve: -more shelves in the bedroom for personal belongings and towels -knifes for the kitchen

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione, davvero comoda per spostarsi. La pulizia impeccabile ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Inoltre i proprietari soni stati gentile e disponibili, e l’ambiente accogliente e curato nei dettagli.

L’ubicazione,la giusta metratura per due - 4 persone,gli ottimi materiali degli interni,la pulizia che abbiamo trovato all’arrivo.

Tutto perfetto, pulitissimo, proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Nulla da migliorare, non avevo capito che non c'erano finestre con vista (non si vede il cielo neanche aprendo le poche finestre). Sicuramente non avevo fatto io abbastanza attenzione ma credo sia importante cjhe chi arrivi sia al corrente di questo.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and I received a warm welcome from the owners' son who even went to the extra effort to provide me a smart TV for my 3-night stay. The bedroom was so pretty and the bed comfortable. Lovely shower and good-sized bathroom. Literally a 5-min walk from a supermarket and about the same to get to the old town on foot too. Plenty of facilities for cooking so could make proper meals. The WiFi was excellent! And with it being all on the ground floor made it easier for me as I had heavy luggage. All in all a great find and I would definitely book again :)

The space is tastefully decorated, you can tell that the host really thought it through when building this nice accommodation. The details show effort and a desire for beauty, it's not just thrown around like when someone gets rid of things and doesn't know where to put them (the usual picture of patched-up apartments). Lokation is OK, everything is accessible.The host is a story in itself, accommodating with an ear for everything that was requested, he even drove us from - to the station because taxis are rare.

The entrance is directly from the street, as I noticed in the area that it is common.

Did not include breakfast. Bars nearby to have coffee and pastries.
