The View of the sea from all the rooms, ship themed and sea inspired interiors, open bathing area, the caretaker Maria was very professional and helpful. We went in off-season so everything was closed, Maria helped us to get the things from the nearest grocery shop which was 1.5 km away and she also guided us to get to the actual place through bus from Sorrento. Coming through own car is better and suggested. Distance Napoli : min. 1 hr 15 mins (by car) Sorrento : min. 1 hr (by bus) Amalfi : min. 2 hr 40 min (by bus) Positano : min 1 hr 30 min (by bus)

1. There are 3 TVs. Atleast one of them can be upgraded with Netflix settings. 2. As in off season everything nearby is closed, Host can either inform the guest(s) that grocery items are to be brought while coming or Host can put some basic grocery before. (Just a suggestion not a negative comment)

The location was exceptional. The house located directly on the beach. In the beginning of November it was almost empty, so we had an impression of having it on our own :-)

Maybe too many steps from the parking to the house, cannot imagine this with older people…

The view, two terraces. Apartment/small house directly on the beach. I loved the early mornings and evenings there! Well equipped kitchen, nice and clean place!

Beach in front of the house is crowded and full of sunbeds and umbrelas during the day (we have been there in the high season). It was a digging work one evening at the beach and it destroyed the romantic mood and view.

The location is absolutely incredible. Is one of the most stunning places we've ever stayed in! You are literally on a beautiful clean pebble beach that's great for snorkeling or swimming & you go to sleep hearing the sound of the waves. The beach is busy in the day time but by 7pm it's so quiet and peaceful. There is a place to eat & drink next door to you. The apartment itself is clean, modern, air conditioned and comfortable. 2 single beds on the 1st floor, a double bed on the 2nd floor - all beds & pillows very comfortable. 2 lovely showers (1 outside, 1 inside). Nice kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, good oven, washing machine & coffee making facilities. Maria, the Italian contact for the apartment, was very nice and helpful.

The cover for the rooftop terrace had perished (and no alternative provided like umbrellas) so there was never an option to sit in the shade. Hopefully the owners will replace it. It's a very steep walk to get to & fro the apartment & even inside the apartment, there's not much room so you need to be fairly agile to get up and down the two levels - this wasn't an issue for us but if you have very young children or mobility issues it could be. The apartment is open plan so there's no privacy between the 2 rooms. Not a lot of storage space for clothes, etc (but with the washing machine, you can pack lightly so that shouldn't be an issue)

Location is excellent.

Loungers on beach are extra.
