The place was lovely the host was very friendly. Amazing views with a lovely pool area great for sunbathing. Local village was full of amenities and a short walk away. Made friends with there dogs both really and cute.

Where do we start with the stay at Il Tiglio Holiday Home? We travelled out as a family on our first holiday with our sons, alongside our good friends and their daughter who have been based in Italy for a couple of years. We wanted a property that was not only close to Sorrento and facilities, but also had a pool and enough space for the 7 of us. When we saw this property on Booking.com and the reviews from other travellers, it instantly stood out to us. From booking and communication prior to checking in and then everything to us leaving, it’s been amazing. Salvatore and his family who own the villa have been amazing. From the meal that was arranged when we checked in, to taxing us to and from the minibus (we managed to just get it up and down the very small lane, but I’d definitely recommend a smaller car), and then finally preparing us another meal at the end of the stay, everything has been perfect. If there’s anyone that is looking for a family break, close to Sorrento, then this is absolutely perfect! We’ve all had the best time as a family.

There’s nothing about the property we didn’t like, however, as I have said in the above, I would recommend a smaller car to get in and out.

Beautiful villa with lovely views and the pool area was amazing. The villa was so clean with all the facilities you could need. The owner, Salvatore and his family were so friendly and helpful. He even noticed one day that we had gone for a walk and it was a rare thunderstorm morning after we’d left. He offered to pick us up and bring us back to the villa. We were so grateful. Savaltore cooked us a delicious meal on our first night which was so lovely. We booked another meal with him as it was so good and he serves it around the pool area! The owners dogs are lovely as well, we became quite attached 😊

The narrow road and drive really means that you need a small car to get to it! They do warn you of this so we had a car that just fit.

Un posticino incantevole e confortevole: pulito, accogliente con proprietari che sono attentissimi a tutte le esigenze dell'ospite. Biancheria da letto, da bagno, da piscina e pulizia finale incluse. Cucina super attrezzata con snack per aperitivo di benvenuto. Piscina splendida e ottimamente manutenuta; pergole, barbeque, terrazzini vari con tavolini e dondoli. Per arrivare alla casa c'è una tipica stradina stretta che attraversa la collina fra ville e piccole proprietà rurali, quindi se andate in auto, se potete, preferite una macchina piccola, ma comunque noi ci siamo passati con un crossover SUV, quindi ci si passa comunque. Per il resto, tutto perfetto. In fine, dal balcone delle camere da letto si gode un fantastico tramonto sul mare con vista Capri, perfetto per l'aperitivo. Super consigliato, super rigenerante, curato esteticamente, da ripetere al più presto. Grazie di cuore ai proprietari.

Assolutamente nulla e non mi capita quasi mai. L'unica cosa forse che di primo acchitto a me personalmente ha fatto un effetto strano, è il salottino che accoglie quando si entra in casa, sembra stonare con il resto della casa, ma forse è una mia impressione. Comunque lo dimenticherete dopo 2 minuti...non vi lasciate condizionare da quello perchè ci sono tanti "salottini" esterni stupendi da godersi immersi nella natura.:D

If you want to get away from the mad rush of the Amalfi coast, this is the perfect place to stay. The town of S. Agate is truly an authentic Italian town with lists of restaurants and shops that cater to the locals. Property is fully equipped and very comfortable for families. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Our host Veronica was extremely attentive, responsive, and even assisted us in booking some boat tours down the Amalfi coast.

The property is off the beaten path and you will definitely need a car to get there and to get around the area. The biggest challenge will be navigating the super narrow between the main road and the property. Rented small vehicles and we had to fold the mirrors into avoid hitting the sides. Combine that with the blind corners oncoming traffic or one of you has to back up and you have an experience that is not for the faint of heart. we ended up walking into worst occasions rather than encounter the drive. Having said that, it is still worth the effort. Very nice property and very nice people that run it.

Our stay at the holiday house in St Aghata was wonderful! The house itself was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. What made the experience even more special was our host, Veronica. She was incredibly helpful in booking our trips to Amalfi and Capri. Her hospitality and attention to detail really made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway to explore Amalfi, Capri and Sorrento!

We had a great time at Il Tiglio. The house is very pleasant and very clean. The owner is very friendly and helped us discover the area. The swimming pool and outdoor relaxation area are little corners of paradise.

Please note that the access road to the house is quite steep and narrow, so prefer small cars.

We really enjoyed our stay at Il Tiflis Holiday Home. We were a family of four. The hostess greeted us, explained everything, and gave us a tour. We arrived in the evening and were able to cook spaghetti with tomatoes and olive oil. The ingredients were a lovely surprise from the hostess. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. What impressed us most was the local nature: the mountains, olive trees, and the smell of Italian herbs after the rain. The stars in the sky are the brightest in this place. If you live in a big city, this is the place you should visit. You'll need a small car to easily navigate the hills without any problems. The villa is very conveniently located near beautiful sights and towns. We had a wonderful time!
