Kitchen was reasonably well equipped although dishes needed washing before use

There was a leak in utility room which gave off a foul smell, strong smell in lounge of floral spray maybe to mask other smell. Net curtains to front torn and creased. Bin in bathroom not empty , dirty sanitary towels left in there, stained toilet seat, block of wood holding up pipe, towels were stiff and hard, bed linen were clean but cheap and not even ironed as were the curtains, bed springs nearly coming through. Because of the leak we were given a refund we had no alternative to stay one night as we were too late to find alternative that night, but was not comfortable with this, I slept on top of the bed it also softened the springs. This is a shame as if there was a bit of love given to the property it could be OK but compared to others I have stayed at similar price or maybe a bit more this was like staying in a half way house, so sorry would not recommend.

Beautiful location- scenic area- Lady next door was very sweet and chatty. Good approach to south wales locations. Value for money. Good place for a small family

The utility was stinking- As per the owner there was some plumbing work done but the back area was stinking badly and sometimes the stink was even coming into the kitchen diner. The owners are genuine and nice people and were available on phone and have ensured to get this sorted before the next guest- so hopefully this would be a one off episode.

The location for us was excellent as we had friends in the local area. It's next to a railway link and a very safe area. All the basic facilities you need and the beds were comfortable.

There was this awful sick/ wet dog smell to the house, especially in the back room downstairs where the fridge was. My kids refused to go in there to get anything out of the fridge and it was unpleasant to be downstairs and try to relax.

The place was clean, spacious, peaceful, and had all the commodities, nice beds, big TV, fridge, washing machine....

The lock where the keys where is way to high to reach.

Location, two entrances, parking outside, view, shops nearby. But best thing is that we could keep our bikes inside and property has a „storage/laundry” room which was perfect for mtbs.

Well, it was just funny and made as laugh a lot. Basically, when you flush the toilet it makes a farting sound that can be heard everywhere in property and that was just as funny as it gets. I know, 41 and childish but it made my stay hilarious and it didn’t make me like property any less.
