Lovey house, great value for money. 6 lads on a trip to bike park wales. House was comfortable, perfect size and location, and great having the secure garage for the bikes.

Parking was good but tight, but we were in a LWB van.

Finding the property was hard in the estate, Missing Parking facility for 2 cars, master bedroom bathroom shower wasn’t working on full force, didn’t have a mixed tap on the vanity basin

Clean, well equipped, comfortable house. Staff pleasant.

Leaking boiler. TV remote control didn't work. Parking: a little awkward to manoeuvre due to large van parked outside adjoining garage and waste bins on the other side. Need more written instructions for use of electrical equipment.

The house was well presented and comfortable.

The thermostat was not working, we arrived late due to an accident on the motorway and there was no heating or hot water. Managed to get boiler working and had hot water from taps the next morning, but showers were luke warm at best, during our 3 night stay. Thermostat did not work all weekend. Disappointing that we were unable to watch the rugby semi-final on the TV, the only thing that we seemed to be able to watch without it crashing was YouTube on the TV.
