This private suite apartment is hosted by Pedro and his family. They were very nice and welcoming to us. We requested for an early check in and got it approved. On our welcome host provided us a little gift of gesture, which was very nice of them.

As this was off season there were very few food options nearby.

The host is very kind and took the time to explain how things work in the apartment,there was a nice picnic basket in the apartment with some homemade jam and other breakfast items that our children really enjoyed,beds were comfy and the bathroom was nice too,the whole place was spotless. We had a very nice stay.

Toilet on suite quite small GPS directions will not work for a bigger vehicle (e.g.: van, motorhome)

Location was great, 15 minutes drive from main town and train (just know it's steep and winding so be careful). Lovely welcome basket and kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We were two friends staying so having two bedrooms was perfect.

The bathrooms are very tiny so anyone over 5'5 will have trouble, but we are both petite so it was fine.

A lovely host with a lovely place. The place consists of 2 floors and a rooftop terrace with a barbique and seating corner. One sleeping room on the ground floor with a toilet, shower and washing machine. In the first floor a seating corner, kitchen, bedroom with a toilet. A nice check-in present with coffee capsules, bread and cookies and also home made wine! Smooth communication although I spoke English and the host Portuguese. You can find free parking very close to the place. Well recommended place!

The village is small and calm so if you need to buy something you may need to drive around 15 - 20 minutes to the next village. Bring your things when you tour around, and if you miss something ask the host. He will help you with that. The bathrooms are small and could be challenging for big people.

Beautiful rooms with air conditioning, big terrace with amazing view, and above all, very kind owner with full hospitality. He speaks Portuguese and I speak English, nevertheless we communicate very well and he support us to make our stay perfect. His home-made wine is the best one in our life!

You have to go through the village with narrow road, Therefore I recommend the new gest (especially foreigners) to arrive there with enough time.
