Swift Cottage, Norfolk Broads

I love this cottage...it's well equipped and comfortable. It has everything you need and all on one level to cope with all levels of need and abilities. The decking area is so relaxing ....watching the water and boats...just perfect

single beds are a bit small ..but everything is perfect to be honest

Most of the things in the cottage was very good . The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, it was quite & that was good for my 96 year old mum, she slept so well. Thank you Peter

The toaster only had one crumb drawer , no flat trays to go in the oven so you couldn’t do oven chips or bake anything.

Beautiful location and great cottage

Was a brilliant location, the beds were amazing slept soooo good.

When we got there it needed cleaning so we did it ourselves, the toaster as I found out only had one tray underneath so the crumbs came out on the counter, the carpets in the bedrooms were stained & really for what you are paying for I think this is unexceptable, I am bringing my 96 year old mother with me in September so hopefully we will have another good week.

Great location and well equipped, clean and comfortable cottage. Lovely facilities and so relaxing and peaceful. Deck chairs and picnic bench on the decking...nice welcome basket thank you. Nice bedding and towels and lots of hangers and drawer space. Washing machine and drier if required. Parking for 2 cars and space on the grass too

Communal bins were far away...not great for the elderly or the disabled. TV remote broken and battery required in the clock....not important issues for us but just a thought.

It was in a lovely location. The week was so relaxing and there were plenty of walks in the area. Fantastic welcome pack.

There were no recycling facilities and a lack of dog poo bins.

Location within the Marina very nice fishing was good . Thank you for the milk etc . Easy Access for all elderly People. Plenty of Wardrobe space .

Outside Bin full also Four Extra bags left at the side . Have taken ours through the week to the Destination that I Was told . Mattress in Double room was very soft & Uncomfortable. Lack of Hot water to all wash basins Emailed owner this was sorted but only for a day shouldn’t have to keep Emailing while where on holiday . Gutters need a thorough clean out as you can see grass growing this then caused a water fall straight on to the rubbish left at the side of the bin

The location was superb, with the property immediately on the marina. The Welcome pack - was just that - very welcome! Thankyou! The cottage was well stocked with cleaning products as well. Locally, Latham's Supermarket was a delightful 5 minute walk along the marina and stocked just about everything you could wish for.

Externally, the windows and doors were covered in cobwebs (not sure if that is a 'local issue', as many other properties had the same problem). Internally, the windows needed cleaning, and there were some stains on the carpets which could have been cleaned.
