The location is very good as the house is near an amazing beach. The ocean view is great. The owner was helpful despite the language barrier (can't speak English at all). The house is big for a low price.

There are a lot of cats coming to the house, thus almost impossible to air the house, which is necessary as there is a horrible musty smell! Also huge amount of small flies/bugs in the bathroom. And the double bed is very small and uncomfortable (hard, poor-quality mattress). The street in which the house is located is not very welcoming - the neighbors sit outside all day and stare at you, which is not pleasant. The owner cannot speak English, thus communication can be difficult.
