I didn't like that the chairs and the tables they both had mold on them, considering I had a relative with me that has a very low immune system which I thought it wouldn't be safe living conditions, the refrigerator also had mold in it and the windows were also covered to the point that you could not see out the front of the house, the whole unit had a funny smell, the neighbors also had a very big dog sitting outside less than 20ft from the entrance that didn't look very inviting while the back porch was not inviting also due to the chairs being dirty and unsanitary to sit in. Overall it was just a bad experience. He did offer me accommodation by offering me a complimentary Pizza 🍕 which he did later resolve the issue by moving me to a different unit.

The house was filty. I was charged $80 for cleaning and arrived to a filty home with literal fecal matter on the walls of the downstairs bathroom. The shower was broken, so for half of our stay, we couldn't clean ourselves until it was fixed. There were dead bugs everywhere. We weren't allowed to use the dishwasher, washing machin, or dryer. We were told there was an outdoor shower. It was a hose. The house is falsely advertised and in a very bad part of town. None of the doors close unless locked. Nearly every window has been broken and glued back together. The back door appears to have been broken into multiple times. It wreaks of stale cigarettes. When asking the owner for accommodations and letting them know we were very unsatisfied, I was offered a pizza or $50 back. Horrible house, horrible business transaction.
