Communication with the owner was excellent, she helped us when we were delayed due to traffic jams on the way to Italy. The owner gave us the keys personally and explained what and how. The apartment is clean and fully equipped for a family with children. During the stay, the owner occasionally asked if everything was okay. She willingly helped us when needed (recommended restaurants, etc.) Overall, I rate it as a very pleasant place.

The only small downside is the weaker internet and weak mobile signal in the back bedroom.

Super cool and clean .. great location, quiet neighborhood and cool attractions nearby via train .

No bidet . Tub was kinda tight (small) only stayed overnight:(

It was the best equiped appartment I have ever stayed. It is almost like your house. I can imagine to stay there for months (washmachine, iron,..). Kitchenette absolutely marvelous. Playroom for kids. Very clean since the owner lives one floor above you and really cares about the appartment. There is nothing bad I can say.

Stayed for one night, clean, comfortable, owner was lovely. Location was great (near to train station) and it was exactly what we needed.
