The view from the living room same As ín the pictures!!!!! We love the location! The village is amazing, the neighborhood is perfect. We Will go back!

If you go with a long car, dont go to the private parking. All ramps and Gates are narrow. As everywhere in northern Italy! 😀 This is our problem.

Beautiful location, right by lake Como. Loved that we could take a dip next to the house. Close to both bus and train station. For us as a family of four it was a safe place to call home when exploring lake Como. The village Abbadia Lariana was also a pleasant suprise with a playground close by, a nice walking trek, old windling streets in the older part of the village and few but nice restaurants and cafe within the distance of a refreshing walk. The public beach would be nice to explore in warmer weather.

It was a wonderful vacation in a wonderful place! Thank you very much for such a cozy apartment. And especially impressed the same view of the lake!

Awesome view

Location was fantastic - quiet and calm after the hustle and bustle of the major tourist spots on the lake. Super convenient to the train station which was the easiest way to get to Varenna and the ferries to take you around the lake. The apartment was simple but had everything you could need for a stay in Lake Como.

Nothing

Beautiful view of the lake and mountains, great location, good starting point to Bellagio, Varenna and other lovely place over Como. Private beach partly with grass, partly with stones, closed parking. Exceptionally cleverly equipped kitchen, with basic groceries included, cold beer for us and ice cream for the kids. Everything we needed to be happy for a few days.

No shelving in cupboards to unpack suitcases. Kitchen counter is way to small.
